These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by WeCool Air & Heat, LLC, a Florida HVAC contractor based in Odessa, FL.

Estimates

Estimates are based on information available at the time and are subject to change if job conditions differ from what was described or observed.

Scheduling

Appointment times are arrival time frames, not exact times. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Someone 18 or older must be present at the service address.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs as permitted by law.

Warranties

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty according to its terms. Any labor warranty will be stated on your estimate or invoice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeCool Air & Heat, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
